Paint Gazing - A Meditative Art Journey

Come enjoy a meditative art journey and explore your creativity, free from fears and judgments.

Resident Artist Kelly Rye and Spiritual Guru Deborah Steddom will be leading this exploratory journey of self through art and expression.

Remember how much fun it was to look for images in clouds? In this workshop we will use similar techniques, playing with paints and tracing around the forms we identify to see what images appear. Using guided meditation, we will decorate and paint the image to convey meaning, then interpret the finished piece for messages and gifts from our higher self. Using imagination to create art is an invitation into playfulness and connection.
