A limited number of glamping tents are available for an added fee. Please contact us to express interest, and spaces will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

CAMPING GUIDELINES

Oak Grove is a community that consistently takes care of each other. Whenever at Oak Grove, we kindly ask that all attendees be respectful of your camping neighbors and, most importantly, the land. Please leave your campsite cleaner than you found it, and take home everything that you brought in.

Thank you for joining our community and observing the following guidelines below so that all can safely enjoy Oak Grove Retreat:

  • Please bag up all of your trash and recycling separately, and take it with you. We are striving to be zero waste.

  • Propane canisters brought to the site need to leave with the owners. They do not go in the trash or recycling.

  • Camping ends on Sunday after the festival, and we kindly ask that all campers safely depart from their cleaned sites by the end of the day.

  • For safety, comfort and the environment please do not drive around the grounds.

  • No driving in camp sites after dark!

  • Motorized Vehicles (motorized bikes, scooters, etc.) are not allowed. If you have special mobility needs please contact us in advance to accommodate you.

  • Outdoor hot-water showers are available 24/7.

  • ALCOHOL POLICY: No Alcohol.

  • No weapons of any kind.

  • No radios, amplified music, generators or idling vehicles.

  • No outside firewood. It brings invasive bugs and tree diseases that our trees are not used to.

  • No dogs or pets.

  • No illegal drugs.

  • Public intoxication and drug abuse are not acceptable and we reserve the right to intervene if we believe anyone is acting inappropriately and/or disrespectful.

  • Please take only memories, leave only footprints.
