Sound Bath & Hands on Healing - A carefully curated experience by Lynn Battle, bringing listeners into a deep state of relaxation using the sounds and vibrations from Crystal Bowls & other instruments. Allowing a sacred space for healing frequencies to travel throughout the body to bring balance & alignment wherever the body is in “dis-ease”. While honoring these healing sounds, Kelly Rye and Lynn will be offering hands on healing during this revitalizing experience to bring full balance and reset for the New Year. Many benefits including: calming the body and mind, reducing stress and anxiety, increase focus and clarity, decrease in tension an fatigue, boost in mood, improves sleep, and so much more!
