kara emmy’ is a gifted healer and teacher. Her gentle Reiki promotes wellness and enhances the natural healing process. kara assists in integrating mind, body and spirit.

kara’s natural gifts were recognized and nurtured as a child. Her family has practiced the healing arts for many generations. Her first teacher was her mother. Grandmothers and aunts on both sides of the family shared the wisdom of their deep knowing.
