Intentional Affirmations - Creativity Session with Becca Hill

Hi everyone! This is Becca, from Intentionally Becca, or Chakradance Becca, or drummer Becca.

I want to invite you to join us on Sunday, November 2, from 11:30 to 1:30. We will be creating our own personalized little books of favorite sayings. This invaluable tool has been a powerful resource during my own journey. It helps to re-wire my brain and shake off the domestication from years of lies that I and others have told me.

Everything will be provided to help you create your individual book of affirmations, while your creativity is set free! There will be lists of potential sayings, but feel free to bring your own favorites. Our tools will include colored pens, pencils and markers; stencils, stamps and ink pads; lots of stickers and more. Come at any time during the session or for the entire session, we will just need to clear up in time…
