Please join us in celebrating the Autumn Equinox! Tis the season for slowing down and turning inward after a busy summer season. After the astrology circle, we will lead into an immersive sound bath facilitated by Healing in Waves. Sound baths use many instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs, rainsticks, wave drums, chimes, etc. This is a time for reflection and deep rest. Let the sounds wash over you, ground you into stillness, and assist with integrating all that you learned during the astrology session.
