Nikki Kornegay is a 300-Hour National Board-Certified Reflexologist through the American Reflexology Certification Board and The Academy of Reflective Wellness and a Level II Usui Reiki Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in healthcare.

She began her journey to holistic wellness and energy work upon realizing that our culture has difficulty addressing some of the root causes of people's illnesses: stressors, traumas, and lifestyles that are not conducive to good health and mental well-being. She wanted to find a way to help people begin to heal themselves from within. Upon discussion with a friend about health and healthcare, spirituality, and her desire to help beyond her capacity at the time, she was given the gift of a Level I & II Reiki attunement through Heartfelt Reiki. It was here that she began her journey in service to her community.

She was later introduced to the concepts of Reflexology which led her farther down the path where she meets you today. After 9 months study, she became a 300-Hour Certified Reflexologist through the Academy of Reflective Wellness in Salisbury, NC under the tutelage of Cyndi Hill. She passed the American Reflexology Certification Board exam in June of 2023 and is seeking to bring this work to the community so that others may embark upon their journeys to wellness. This work is her passion, and she strives to touch as many people as she can in this calling.

She has a dream of bridging the gap between wellness as we know it and the spiritual and emotional needs of her clients – it is her wish to help people heal from the inside out.
